Step 2
This involves getting to know more about you and
your business - what you want to achieve and the challenges you
face. More importantly it gives you a chance to get to know me and
how I work to see if you feel comfortable and believe we can work
together.
Step 3
We decide a plan of action which may involve
developing new processes, training you or your staff in a new
practice or skill or a set of coaching sessions for yourself or your
key managers.
Step 4
The plan is implemented, I will work with you
through this step to ensure that the processes, knowledge and or
skills are transferred into the business as effectively as possible.
Throughout each step we will have a clear vision
of what we want to achieve and review our progress towards that
target.
Of course you will of noticed that I missed off
Step 1 that is because it is the only part of the process
where you are on your own.
